A reliable source has informed residents of HRMV that, while campaigning in the South-west sector (the Barricade Zone), Dino Mazzone, MoWest Town Council Candidate (Seat 3), has been telling residents the Quebec Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of Montreal West.
According to the Court of Appeal website, which publishes judgements on-line, no judgement on the legality of the barricade has been rendered.

It's curious that the date of this Post is Oct. 29, 2009 and the date of the judgement is Nov. 12, 2009. How could Mazzone know what the courts were going to decide exactly 2 weeks before the the judgement was passed?
